features a clip from a webcast in which Jeff Skilling, who resigned as
Enron's CEO less than four months before the company went bankrupt,
cracks a joke about the California energy crisis several years back that
triggered rolling blackouts and ridiculously high electricity rates -- a
crisis that was manufactured and aggravated by Enron traders:
You know what the difference is between the state of California and the Titanic?... At least when the Titanic went down, the lights were on.
